Travis and North Bay Builders Group have been top tier the entirety of the renovation we had. He was always on time, helpful with design ideas, friendly, personable and bottom line - a great person to work with. I appreciate attention to detail and I can see that matters to him. I will recommend North Bay and Travis to anyone looking for renovations, remodeling, additions and anything house related!

Travis was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to walk me through every step, clearly explained the timeline, and made sure I understood everything along the way. In today’s world, it’s extremely hard to find a contractor you can truly trust, but Travis exceeded expectations in every way. His quality of work, professionalism, and dedication are second to none. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation!

We worked directly with Travis at North Bay Builders Group to remodel our daughter’s bedroom and also fix some important issues in the ceiling, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

Travis and his team moved quickly, but the quality never felt rushed. The finished room looks great and honestly feels like a big upgrade from what we expected going in. He also walked us through different options and ideas instead of just pushing one solution, which we really appreciated. It helped us make choices that fit both what we wanted and what made sense for the space.

Communication was super smooth the entire time. We always knew what was happening, what the next steps were, and when the work would be done. Everything stayed on track and there were no surprises.

If you’re looking for someone who does high-quality work, explains your options clearly, and actually follows through, I’d definitely recommend Travis and North Bay Builders Group.

Travis is awesome. This is the second time I have requested his help. Both times 5 stars. He is smart, easy to talk to, and provides all options. He came to my home and diagnosed my issue, walking me through each step. Ridge vent install was the solution and the work was done efficiently for a fair cost. I will use him again for all my home repair needs. Great guy.

Starting big expensive renovation projects are stressful and can come with unforeseen circumstances. Luckily I was hooked up with Travis with North Bay Builders Groups. He was open and upfront with his vision and expectations for our project. He was able to make everything work, and then some, while staying in our budget. Was accommodating and inviting to our ideas, and additional services we added on, as the project was moving forward. The best thing about Travis besides the amazing job him and his team did was the fact I felt I could trust him. I never felt like he was trying to rip every dollar out of my pocket. I felt I could ask questions when I needed and there were plenty of them. His open line of communication made this process less stressful and helped us plan for when his guys were coming to do work. I would recommend Travis to anyone looking for home repairs and upgrades any day of the week. Thank you, Travis and North Bay Builders Group.
